This exercise was literally saying how I was feeling, the thoughts came to my mind as a distraction. I really liked this and appreciated how it made me feel once it was over: relaxed.

This one pushed me out of my comfort zone because I feel like belly breathing isn't that easy for me. When I'm sitting upright my belly doesn't expand like a balloon. If I had been lying down it might have been different. Maybe I was overthinking it 馃し馃徎鈥嶁檧锔廔 didn't much enjoy this one.

Breathing is essential, of course...but deep belly breathing is essential for deep relaxation. I have had a quite stressful morning & having tried about 4 relaxation techniques with Aura, this one finally helped. Yeah! I feel a bit better now :)

I learned how shallow my breath is when anxiety starts to creep I'm but better yet this meditation has helped me learn to deepen my breathing and calm myself. I appreciate these breathing exercises when I can't quite pin point how it is I'm feeling, I know I can always go back to the basics of deep breathing.

A new way of breathing.
I have never really tried breathing from the belly before, at first it was a little uncomfortable but that quickly passed. Breathing in a new way for me helped keep my focus on the breath in a way I sometimes struggle with. I'm not sure if that counts as learning something, but I appreciated the experience, look forward to reflecting on it throughout my day and definitely will be revisiting it in the future.

I learned that while doing the belly breathing that it鈥檚 really hard for me to release all my anxiety and stress. I am restless when I should be sleeping. I have the feelings of urgency in my chest, right above my heart. It鈥檚 not a good feeling or one I can describe but I know it does not help how I feel. It makes things worse. I meditate every day. I thought I had been belly breathing but this meditation helped me realize that I hadn鈥檛 been breathing as deeply as I thought or could. This was amazing!
