Posture
It's was uncomfortable for me to keep my back straight during this meditation. This probably means I walk, run, and sit with poor posture quite often. I will try to be more aware of this.

Temperature?
For the most part I liked this. My only hang up was when she suggested noticing the temperature of our breathe. This set off a chain of thoughts for me, "temperature? How do I tell the temperature with my nose? I can't tell, maybe it's cooler but not really, maybe it's all in my mind" etc. this is more on me then the narrator though. Still it did distract me.

Take time to just breathe and nothing else. Taking time to breathe helps put everything else on course.
