Ambivalence no more
In my life, ambivalence happens when the mind, body, and spirit are not in alignment. Today my safe place, church stirred up feelings of ambivalence. The message brought comfort, peace, and acceptance. Seeing moms with dads and their kids brought significant pain. I miss my daughter significantly. I realized how much I want to be a family during spiritual moments. So please pray that I am able to reunite with my daughter soon. Please pray that I am able to let go of ambivalence.

I learned
That sometimes you have to free your head space and allow yourself to sit back and breathe.

Breathing
Sometimes you just have to stop and breathe. Taking time to be calm and focus helps calm the storm inside.

Breath I breathe
I am grateful for my breath and breathing being there for me always and inhaling warmth the positive and the light, breathing out the negative a sigh a release like a weight lifting or washing the worries away

Focus
Hard to ignore the sounds of the morning and my mind going to planning stage. Good to bring the attention back to breath.

Breathing is important
I know that’s obvious but I always forget to deep breathe and really focus on my breathing! It’s nice to have these 3 minutes each morning to actually breathe.

Every breath is life.
It's was pleasant to take a moment and focus on how each breath flows through our entire body. With every inhale it carries life, and with every exhale it removes toxins. It's very centering to reconnect with the body and appreciate what it means to just breathe.
