Letting go
It is easy to let go if you—try. “Easier said than done,” is what I would have told myself weeks ago before starting my meditation practice. I never would have thought I would be able to sit for 3 minutes and just breathe, let my mind be still and allow for thoughts to come and go as they pleased, naturally and just let them go. The body is an amazing, complex and beautiful thing. That we mustn’t take for granted.
