I never fully realised that breath = life. Without the former, there is no latter. Something we do every second of the day, unaware, is so important.

Tough to do breath exercises with a head cold
Not the greatest session for me tonight. My wife caught a cold from a student in her class, and I managed to get it too! Hard to concentrate on the breath when the nose is running, and you have a sneezing fit in the middle of the lesson! I wished to listen to a story from one of the story channels, but it seems I’ve already exhausted those libraries! Drats!
