What often keeps us awake is whirling thoughts. By simply counting backwards, we can occupy the mind on something that doesn't stress us out and give it a chance to drop off to sleep instead.

This app gives me peace I. Mind I feel relaxed more and less stress and I stress a lot and it causes me not to sleep it teaches me new things to control my pain and anger and other things thanks aura

I feel much more relaxed at night. What stood out to me during this session was when she described sleeping and breathing as success over failure. She also mention that you can accomplish anything when you focus your mind.

Leveling Down
After each sequence of 10, I felt like my body leveled down and different parts became more relaxed and at ease. My cat was laying with me during this and I noticed her purring become more mellow and relaxed but did not stop. I enjoyed this because it distracts the mind by giving it something to focus on, counting backwards.
