Zooming In
As a species, we are distracted more than ever. Because of this, it can be quite difficult to focus unless we have tools to help bring our focus back. In this meditation, Cassandra has us focus on the breath. While aware of the breath, we zoom in even further sensing where the breath meets our nostrils.
As I sat in an upright position, I brought awareness to the inflow and outflow of the breath. Zooming in to where the breath met my nostrils, I noticed the change in temperature of the air as it flowed in and out. When I feel my focus has been high jacked during the day, I will use this powerful technique to direct my focus to what matters. Thank you, Cassandra! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
