First meditation
I learned that I tend to feel nervous when my eyes are closed they twitch a bit. My mind was wondering a lot, I was too focused on focusing. My body seemed to relax a bit just not feel as focused yet.

Get Focused
I learned that in meditation I tend to not focus on the present moment - my mind slips off to what’s next on my to-do list. That’s a skill I can work on in the future.

Breath meets Flesh
The more specific the focus, the better. I’m able to identify and focus on where the breath enters and exits the nose. Namaste

Focusing …
Easy way to regain focus when it slips away. Focus is literally just a breathe away with this simple and effective technique! Try it and you will see!!! Focus is important when making decisions, setting & accomplishing intentions and listening to others, so there are plenty of opportunities to practice/apply this technique. ❤️👃🏼🍀

Zooming In
As a species, we are distracted more than ever. Because of this, it can be quite difficult to focus unless we have tools to help bring our focus back. In this meditation, Cassandra has us focus on the breath. While aware of the breath, we zoom in even further sensing where the breath meets our nostrils. As I sat in an upright position, I brought awareness to the inflow and outflow of the breath. Zooming in to where the breath met my nostrils, I noticed the change in temperature of the air as it flowed in and out. When I feel my focus has been high jacked during the day, I will use this powerful technique to direct my focus to what matters. Thank you, Cassandra! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Get Focused
I am able to focus on breath moving through my nostrils. Therefore, I will use focus today with what is happening around me by using my senses of hearing, sight, taste, smell, and touch. Thank you 😊.
