This morning meditation will help you give gratitude to the people in your past as you continue to honor each one of them. Take a minute, and follow the rhythm of your breath. The gentle ins and outs of calmness, flowing through you. Keep breathing and staying connected to the tempo of your breath. Allow yourself to sink into it. Now, imagine if you can, an important person in your life, someone with whom you’ve shared many past experiences. Welcome that person to your consciousness.
