Deeper breathing
Deeper, conscious breathing opened my chest, relaxed my mind, and led to my finding it perfectly possible to remain still and at peace for fifteen minutes afterwards without feeling compelled to "get on with something else" or falling asleep. The suggestion that it's OK sometimes just to imagine doing some of the movements removed anxiety about keeping up with the pace, or misunderstanding what's being suggested. (Sometimes concentrating on one movement means missing the counsel concerning the next.) Really helpful for someone like me with only a little direct experience of yoga thus far. I hope to go deeper. Many thanks.

Morning Yoga Practice
I really enjoy doing yoga in the morning my body responds well to this gentle lying down yoga sequence. I feel energised and ready to enjoy the day. I find when I have more time on the weekends I can dedicate the time to a longer guided practice as I don't have to work on Sundays.

Now I Will Relax
Ever part of my body received the attention it needed. I am so more relaxed and confident that I can lay down now and go to sleep. My body feels good. I enjoyed not being pushed thru the pose and the one one with Lisa. Thank you. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
