My intentions
I can set intentions for my day anyway I would like it to be. Today, I think I just need to feel carefree, not burdened with any heavy thoughts. I can take this positive feeling with me throughout the day and feel gratitude for what I have and for the ability to move on time after time. What an empowering feeling, I’ve learned all this by Practicing meditation! Thanks 🙏 Aura

Morning visualization
This is something I need to do more often. Visualization of how you want your day, meeting etc to go. Positive thinking can help draw the positive to you. Set an intention for your day and see how the day unfolds around you.

Visualizing The Not So Good
Today, I have to write a long essay for school. I have been dreading writing this paper, but it helped to sit down and visualize what it will take to get it done and imagine how I will feel doing it: inspired.

Get up and go!
Love starting my morning with Cassandra’s lovely, lilting voice. Of course here by 9:55 I’ve already done more than some will do all day! Not too shabby for a disabled guy! Got the youngest child up, ready and to school already. Made a coffee run for my wife and I. Have breakfasted and taken my MANY morning pills. Done sessions with my two brain training apps. Now checking my morning meditation off my list of to-dos. Just a few more tasks to accomplish yet this morning! And away I go! Have a good day tribe-o-mine!

I try to do this everyday when I wake up, but some days I wake up more tired and in a not great mood. On these days its hard to visualize my day

Setting Intention
This is a wonderful meditation to begin the day with. During this session you think about what your intention for the day is, how you want your day to go, and how you want to feel. My intention for the day is to not let other people’s energy effect the way I am feeling. I want to go into this day feeling energized and for everything at work to go smoothly. At the end of this meditation you take a moment to have gratitude for yourself for taking this time out for yourself. Wishing everyone a great day!

Calm and Balanced
Imagining your day and how you want to feel first thing in the morning can be so grounding. By setting the intention of how you want to feel, you create a touchpoint to go back to throughout the day itself. Today, my intention is to find calm and balance throughout the day.

*So* happy someone reacted to my year-old reflection on this lesson this morning, leading me to listen to Cassandra’s lovely voice again as I prepare for my surgical procedure this morning! By noon, I'll be 50% kidney free, and 100% cancer free! (also happy to be seeing regular Aura notifications on my phone again!) Namasté y’all!

Sense of Direction
Setting intentions is a great thing to do in the morning. In this wonderful meditation, rather than just setting intentions, we imagine how we want our day to go as well as how we actually want to feel throughout our day. Doing these things can give us a great sense of direction as we go about our day. Arriving in this moment where I connected with my breath and my body, I began to imagine how I wanted my day to go. On this cold and blustery day, I thought smooth and productive. Then, I imagined how I wanted to feel throughout my day and I thought calm and balanced. As I imagined going through my whole day in my mind’s eye, I began to bring these feelings to my heart chakra. Along with my other intentions I already set earlier and now feeling how I want to feel today, I have a great sense of direction of how my day will go. Even if unforeseen circumstances come up, as they can and will, I will try my hardest to remain as I am now, calm and balanced. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Today’s Intention
Setting an intention for the day is a great way to set the tone for your day. Every morning after my meditation session, I write down my intention for the day as well as a word for the day. My intention for today is to go about my day remaining grounded. My word of the day is grounded.

Setting...
Imagine going on a trip, but not sure where your destination was... How could you plan? How would you pack? When would you start? What form of travel is best? Which direction would you go? Would you know if you have arrived? If it would makes sense to know where you are going before taking a trip. Then it should make sense to know where you want your daily trip to take you. Because at the end of the day you are going to end up somewhere. Might as well be the best place you can think of! Imagine where you could be at the end of today... Set your intentions ... and go have fun making it happen! Namaste ❤️🗺🍀

Repeating theme
Both meditations I listened to today mentioned "be grateful to yourself." I'm not sure how to define that but that is one of my goals for today...
