Stop projecting
I needed to relax my mind this morning, I was thinking about something that’s been bothering me. There’s nothing I can do about it right now and I was literally making up scenarios in my mind that haven’t happened. It’s called projecting and it doesn’t serve me right now so I should STOP! Thanks 🙏 Irene, this meditation was helpful💙

Difficult to understand
While the message is good, it is very difficult to understand the lady speaking due to a very strong accent. I am not being biased because I love the message. I just wish it was articulated more clearly.

A 7-minute relaxation delight!
Irene has done it again. I hear water and music in the background and I let myself have these 7 minutes just for me. My muscles slowly release the tension; I can feel it. My mind is focused on the words “let it go”, and I start thinking about peace and tranquillity. Nearing the end of the meditation, I want it to continue because I feel so good at this very moment. This is a wonderful meditation to save and listen to even when I’m feeling absolutely wonderful. It really enhances the experience of doing something just for yourself. Namaste. ❤️
