A 7-minute relaxation delight!
Irene has done it again. I hear water and music in the background and I let myself have these 7 minutes just for me. My muscles slowly release the tension; I can feel it. My mind is focused on the words “let it go”, and I start thinking about peace and tranquillity. Nearing the end of the meditation, I want it to continue because I feel so good at this very moment. This is a wonderful meditation to save and listen to even when I’m feeling absolutely wonderful. It really enhances the experience of doing something just for yourself. Namaste. ❤️
