Human Beings versus Human Doings
This meditation encouraged me to allow my thoughts to just be, and reminded me not to continuously label them but rather, to notice them and let go. It also helped me recall that I am a human BEING, not a human DOING. Sometimes, we need to realize that we are going at too fast of a pace. We aren't being mindful at all. By taking, "I am a human being, and not a human doing" to heart, we learn to just sit with our thoughts, which ultimately slows them down.
