Having the ability to use your imagination in difficult times can help you to navigate through the situation. Especially when other people in our lives are having a tough time. We worry and it can be difficult to offer support or know what to do. Here we take a meditative approach to this and actively breathe in their pain, suffering, or difficult moment, we imagine taking it into the safety of our bodies and transforming it in our heart space to something much more useful. Breathing this energy out towards our friend or out into the universe. We trust that this will reach them in some way.
