Zero Tension
I drove to San Francisco and walked around a lot. This session was excellent for totally relaxing my whole body before retiring for the evening. Definitely saving this one as I tend to have a lot of tension at the end of the day.

Sometimes we need to take a minute to truly take in what our bodies are telling us. This tension releasing meditation helped me to pinpoint where I carry my stress and to help relieve some of the pain I have been feeling in my muscles.

There are times I do not feel physically well. In those times I can be a harsh judge of myself. Taking a moment to notice and not judge, to send myself some loving kindness allows me to remember that I am a human Being not a human Doing.
