Secret to happiness
I learned that the reasons I’m feeling so happy right now are the things I learned in my course and the meditation I did in that plus the gratitude meditations I did and the gratitude journal I wrote. At least, I think that’s what the wise man told the boy - pay attention and enjoy the wonderful things in life and remember to take care of your responsibilities, too. I’ll be interested to learn other people’s views on this one.

I should always appreciate all the beauty and wonders of life and nature, while never forgetting the precious things I have. Never take for granted the things I have already seen and everything I’ve learned and experienced. This should be the formula for happiness! So why do I feel so sad sometimes? Because, I’m not looking at the big picture of this life of mine, at any point that I feel sad I could choose to think of happy memories, look around and see what I have and where I am and by all rights that should make me feel happy. 🙏

Slow down and relax. Take time to appreciate everything around you. Don’t always be focused on one task because you will miss a lot of good things.

Focusing on Breathing
I was having a lot of anxiety and stressing but I learned once I really focus on my breathing it helped me to relax and identify that I can relax whenever I want to. Focusing on your breathing really helps!!!
