On behalf I fell asleep. Was this negative or positive? What did I learn? I only remember that I thought: I AM. That this is my deepest treasure. I am.

May lead me to believe there is nothing to be grateful in the present moment. Farthest from truth! These times shape my character, strengthen my stamina, and let me know what I really want from myself, who I really am.

Struggle
I had a difficult time staying in this session. However I was able to reflect on a few moments recently when I said or did things I would usually beat myself up over, but tonight was able to forgive myself for. So while I didn't exactly follow the session, I count this as an emotional win. I am already in a place that I never thought I'd be in, one where I accept the "dumb" things I do and forgive myself for them and begin to value myself in spite of these things.

Where the heart is
I’m grateful for the home that I have lived in for the last 40-some years. I feel safe and secure here. Sometimes It is a refuge when things or circumstances are such that I need peace and privacy. It’s always here for me. 🌷❤️

Focusing on self love 💙🙏💙
I am truly grateful for everything I have and I realize, that I don’t always think deeply enough or long enough on the subject of self love. This meditation helped me go deeper to the center of my being and stay there for awhile. I don’t think about loving myself, I think more about being strong, staying positive, present, focused and mindful. I’m not really there yet, I need to get there often and stay until I can feel it’s true. More than words it’s a feeling of wholeness. I will make self love my focus until I experience it fully. I am most grateful for my loving parents. Focusing on this brought me joy. I am grateful for everything i have and don’t have at this very moment. “Grateful for the compassion that arises in difficult moments” that is the goal for me. I know it’s in me, but even then it’s something i need to practice. Great meditation. My favorite so far. Loved it. Set me in the right energy this morning.

Gratitud insuficiente
Por más que lo pienso y dejo que mis sensaciones me aborden, sigo estando incómodo y ansioso y molesto. Trato de balancear ambos aspectos, pero el silencio que me aborda es demasiado estruendoso. Me doy cuenta de los grandes dotes que tengo y aún así no me es suficiente. Al final, supongo que lo único que puedo hacer es dejar que las cosas pasen y tratar de asimilar mi presente y cómo actuaré a futuro.

This is my new favorite meditation. It is especially wonderful in the morning. Expressing gratitude for another day of life. Thankful for all of life’s blessings and all that I have. Grateful for the earth and my time spent here. Wonderful way to start my day with a grateful heart!

I felt rejected
I learned that every time someone disagrees with my behavior and who I am rejection emerges and brings all the moments that I’ve feel that way. Sadness comes to me and I feel shame. I live in the now. I’m not a kid, I’m not living in the past I live today, this moment, this time and this hour this minute and this second. It’s not about me, it’s about them and their quest for happiness. I let go.

Life without thankfulness is devoid of love and passion. Hope without thankfulness is lacking in fine perception. Faith without thankfulness lacks strength and fortitude. Every virtue divorced from thankfulness is maimed and limps along the spiritual road. So to you, or anyone else who has spent a few minutes on me in some way--….Thank you. I love you. It is no more than it is
The gratitude statement that most helped me was the gratitude that things were no harder than they are. My husband just lost his job and I still have found nothing. I kept feeling crushed but I realize I’m not and I am grateful that things are no harder than they are.

What a beautiful meditation! Cindy invited me to think of something or someone that I am most grateful for. My heart began to smile and fill with warmth as I thought of my beautiful mother. I am grateful for all the little things she does. I am grateful for her openness to meditation. And, I am most grateful for her loving presence in my life! I then turned inward and became open to receiving gratitude for myself. I am grateful for this body for it provides me to live. I am grateful for opening my mind to meditation for it provides me with wisdom and strength. And, I am most grateful for this moment in this life! Having gratitude for all of these things and more made me realize how very blessed I am! Thank you, Universe for providing me with what I already have in this life! Bless my heart
Wow! Yesterday in the bathtub I listened to my heartbeat underwater. And so i connected to it and thanked it for being reliable and strong and healthy, talking to it that we are on a journey on which it will rise together with me and others, because the mind will not habe the major role - i tried to connect them both, because its never going to be mindless - for the goal for now is: being aware of our hearts power. And here it became subject of the meditation. Nice synchronicity! Bless my heart, and bless everyone‘s heart, for we are willing to grow with it into it.

Eyes wide open
This was the first time I meditated in my surroundings, „studying them“ , while I went within. It was beautiful to find lots and lots of things to be grateful about, beauty that lets my eyes rest on it just to be acknowledged. The open channel from within somewhat amplified the level of awareness, relaxed acknowledgement, also a little bit of relief, that i can meditate on 3D and feel on 3D for a change, instead calling imagination inside of me. Very powerful - this put me into place where I am to make peace with it and to realize: it‘s all alright.

What are you most grateful in this moment? I am most grateful for pulling myself out of the darkness into the light. I see a white light surrounding me. This light is giving me life. What are you most grateful for today? As I am focusing on my breath reflecting on this question, I am grateful to be alive. I feel good mentally and physically. I woke up feeling rested which will give me the energy I need to power through my day.
