Some meditations like these aren't good for a beginner or intimidating, but Christina makes it very easy, safe, and gentle.

Why I created this meditation...
I believe wholeheartedly in the power of visualization. When we visualize our goals, we change our mental paradigm about what is possible for us. It is a powerful way to move past limiting beliefs and negative thinking about what we can achieve in our lives. Visualization is the first step, and inspired action is the second one. They go together. When we first improve our focus and confidence, our action becomes so much more effective. I have used visualization in my life to heal my body, build my energy healing practice, and even attract love into my life! I had already been visualizing my life with Darrin long before I met him. ❤️ PS I saw that an Aura user in the community was looking for a meditation on "Visualizing Goals," so I credit her with the idea for this meditation! If you get too much attention for knowing a lot in college class.
Help others grasp the knowledge and understanding that you reached through out your past in class. Don't be selfish about knowledge. And the more you explain it time and time again to different students you will understand it and grasp it even better from different angles. As you go and study ahead regardless of if you know the subject area or not always study ahead and that will help in brushing up before a text, quize or exam.

When I was leaving home, I wanted to be a double income no kid woman. It took 9 years to convince me differently. Even during my pregnancy, I was going to work until the baby came. After I became a mom, I couldn't wait to return to work. 2 years into this parenting gig, I now wish for the day when I can stay at home. What changed? I believe I am lovable & capable of loving. Raising a child is the best way to show my love to the world.

The mind is a powerful thing. To the point of not understanding what it's capable of. And that with it self is mesmerizing. And it can make us or break us. Finally make sure that your saying positive orders from your conscience to your sub-conscious. Because it will be carried out as a higher rank officer ordering an enlisted personal in the military. In this session, the listener is told to visualize their goals. The speaker told us to imagine a movie scene of our future playing ahead of us and for a few moments- the screen in my minds eye faltered, it showed gray. And then an image pulled through. In it I see the most cliché scene I could conjure up. Me, in a sundress, looking and feeling my best, running around in a field of wildflowers as the sun shone down on me as much as it was shining out of me. The key detail in my imagining of my future? My smile. It was true and genuine and unlike any that’ve crosses my lips. Meditation has really made me start to work towards my ultimate goal: True Happiness

Wow... this was a powerfully graphic & surreal session!! I went from sitting in my movie chair watching myself on the screen to becoming a rising star on the big screen to standing on a world stage accepting a major award (not a leg lamp like the one in Christmas Story, but a real Major Award!) There was much merry making, 🎉, music, congratulations & a sea of smiling faces. It made me feel so Happy, Blessed & Grateful! Like I was fulfilling my purpose in life (by helping many others find & travel their path in life...more Lawfully & Success-fully) I stood their smiling back & soaking it all up. Then I start to feel all their Positive Energy & Love flowing to & thru me ... filling me up ... I could not stop ... feeling so full ... I visualize the goal of a tidy, serene, space, surrounded by my pets, music, books, maybe a glass of wine, and I feel happy. Yet thinking about the steps necessary to achieve this goal - finding “homes” for the things I’ve taken out, used, and failed, as usual, to put away (a task I despise), fills me with anxiety. My ADHD self does not like doing things it doesn’t like to do. Despite the fact that I can spend countless enjoyable hours cleaning my outdoor space, arranging it to my liking , and planting and tending to my garden , the notion of house as garden has not fully entered my consciousness. At least not until this precise moment, an AHA moment. Huh.

Many moguls to ski around challenge the mind to arrive at the desired destination. A good meditation for concept development, however, figuratively speaking, it leaves one on the slope at the finish. The path to success and goals is perceived but cannot be defined in 7 minutes.

I learned that i must stayed locked in and focus to attain everything i envision for myself. I see myself becoming a great basketball player and doing extremely well with my friends and winning games easily. I see myself being super fit and having the body I couldn’t believe i could attain in the past. I see myself driving my dream car, a tesla and speeding thru the freeway and having so much fun blasting music. And i see myself winning the Grammy for album of the year, with the whole world watching me.

This is so important, such an important practice and something I need to do everyday. I have some major goals I’ve not yet achieved after years of working toward them, though I am growing nearer. While adjusting my posture and focus with this session; I saw myself writing my goals as a script. I saw my mind movie with all five elements. Seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, and touching. The pleasure of these elements in my life daily goals is wonderful. The presence of visualization is exciting and a powerful attraction to embrace. I would recommend visual mind movies daily while doing anchor breathing techniques.

I usually have trouble visualizing my self in places and positions where I have a little more control over things I do but for some reason this worked. I could actually picture myself in a room discussing something that I’d made with someone who seemed interested in it, maybe it’s strange to report or a bit odd but that really made me feel like my goals were realistic. Visualizing is a great tool we can all us to reach our goals. It takes some getting used to but, it is powerful. It is especially powerful when you combine it with not only visual cues but, utilize all your senses hearing, smelling tasting and touch. Good luck everyone in whatever your goals are!

I needed this today. It’s been over 12 years that I’ve had to look for a job and sadly that time has come. I’ve had fear and doubts about moving into this next chapter in life but this meditation 🧘‍♀️ has inspired me to be open minded and mindful. Visualization of Goals
My favorite part of this meditation was the phrase about being worthy of my goal. Having spent a lifetime feeling unworthy and/or not good enough, I had never thought in terms of feeling worthy of a goal before. Thank you for this realization; I shall hold it close and dear as I visualize my goals.

I really enjoyed putting myself in the theater scene watching my goals play out and really feeling that joy and accomplishment. I really needed that jolt of energy to keep pursuing for what I am aiming for.

I am worthy of this goal!
I absolutely loved this meditation and will be coming back to it regularly! I’m currently studying for a license to help me advance in my career, but it has been extremely stressful. There are four big exams to take, and this endeavor has lasted almost a year now. I’ve been out of work, relying on my parents, and have slipped into panic attacks and depression more times than I can count. I *was* feeling like I’m not even worthy to obtain this license.... BUT what if I focused on the positive?? I’m halfway there, with two exams under my belt. Failure has led me to grow stronger. My new-found discipline and determination to keep going, despite the obstacles, will be carried throughout my lifetime. Most of all, if I come across someone who is struggling just the same, I am now qualified to encourage and empathize with them! I am worthy of this goal. I am worthy of all the ups & celebrations, and all the downs & increased strength. I am worthy to help others through obtaining this license. I am worthy to accomplish something great. I am worthy. ♥️

Great for self sabotage
I have been working on body image for awhile now, and I usually find my mind wanders while meditating, usually it goes straight to self sabotage, but today I felt more at peace especially doing this meditation!

Omg this is amazing. One of the best visualisation techniques I have tried. This one I actually felt it. So amazing. I could actually feel the peace and utter bliss my life will be. I will be doing the longer 7 minute version. Think this is my favourite visualisation meditation ever 🥰💖🙏🏻
