So much of the time we are lost in the past or carried away by the future, mindful walking can help us to come back to the present, to see what is going on for us, and to meet everything that arises with non-judgment and care. When we do this we see more clearly, make wiser choices, and can feel more grounded and calm. Thank you to Kathy and Cyndee for inspiring me to do this. May it help you all on your mindfulness journey. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used alongside therapy to help to support you. For more on Carla-Jo and her work please see www.carlajo-mindfulness.com

Walking Meditation
Thank you Carla-Jo! I really enjoyed this meditation as it was different from all other walking meditations I have listened to. You had me connecting with my body and itโ€™s feelings during the walk. Other meditations have the listener pay much more attention to what is outside of the body and very little, if any, attention to what is within. I very much appreciate this meditation and will use it often. ๐Ÿ™๐ŸปNamaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Mindful Walking
This meditation is awesome and one I will listen to frequently. I found myself walking around in my backyard feeling the way my feet touched the Earth below me. Being thankful to be able to move and with every step, feeling that connection with the Earth and finding myself really soaking in the joy of walking. Being in the present moment, in tune with all of my senses and making myself stand tall, I felt graceful and dignified. It is true, peace is every step...it turns every path to joy! Namaste! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Š

Walking meditation out and about
This was a great mindfulness session to get me out and about. It almost felt like a grounding session except to connect your presence to the current practice of walking. I enjoyed taking this time as a priority.

Walking meditation
Really helped calm my mind, focus on the here and now, senses, surroundings. Feeling of peace. Love of nature. Gratitude. Made walking more powerful in impact.
