Walking Meditation
Thank you Carla-Jo! I really enjoyed this meditation as it was different from all other walking meditations I have listened to. You had me connecting with my body and itโs feelings during the walk. Other meditations have the listener pay much more attention to what is outside of the body and very little, if any, attention to what is within. I very much appreciate this meditation and will use it often.
