I love listening to the birds ๐Ÿฆ singing ๐ŸŽถ as I wake up! They weren't awake and singing as early as I got up today so this was rather neat :-) although I wish it would have last longer ๐Ÿ˜‰ have a wonderful day everyone ๐Ÿ’•

7th Day of Bettering Myself for Myself
Something as simple as the sounds of gave me the most wonderful feeling. It is the first time in weeks I have felt warmth coming from within myself. I am aware that this happiness is momentary, just as every state of emotion is, and I am working towards being okay when I move to my next conscious state.
